The one-hour guided tour route is partially accessible for wheelchair users. A private elevator provides access to several levels of the museum, including the Chapel of the Condemned, the Courtyard of Executions, and radial cells on level 0; the Bastions and the patrol walkway on level 1; and the historical rooms, the Armoury, and the Courtyard of the Angel on level 2.
